Pastel hues, flowers, cheeky and charismatic male models, the raw, overposed aesthetic of Juergen Teller's photography and the sharp styling of Alister Mackie. The combination of which comes together in the Remain in Light story for the latest issue of Another Man.
Models Cole Mohr, Eric Lyle Lodwick and Shame Gambill appear in a brilliantly engaging and energetic story which immediately puts its viewer in the mood for summer. One of the most striking aspects of the story is the use of colour – from the rainbow coloured hair by Syd Hayes to the suiting fabrics of Marc Jacobs' S/S13 collection, the floral props and the Milanese backdrop. Mackie was inspired by post-punk band Public Image Ltd.'s trip to Japan. John Lydon appears on the album cover of Live in Tokyo (1983) in a suit and spiked hair.
Here, AnOther speaks to the witty Texas-born model Mohr about summer and colour. Colour can reveal a lot about a person. Mohr's favourite colour, blue symbolises sincerity, spirituality and calm.
What's your favourite colour?
Blue.
If you were a colour, what would best represent you?
Probably navy blue. I'm a total six-year-old boy.
What's your favourite hair colour?
Not dyed. Not red. Except one.
What colour makes you sad?
Colours have nothing to do with why I'm sad but I guess pale grey-blue looks sad because it makes me think of people dying, because a lot of people die blue-grey.
What colour would you paint a room?
Royal blue! Cures sadness and makes you focus.

What's your favourite colour combination?
Navy and burgundy. Even royal blue and burgundy. Also I have been liking peanut butter colors recently too even though its ugly. I like ugly colours because it makes you realise that nothing is ugly, even if its hideous.
What's your flower bunch of choice?
Pink carnations.
What colour makes you think of summer and why?
Pale yellow. Because I see it non-stop during summer. I have very sensitive eyes.
What are your plans for the summer?
To get BUCK [wild].
What are your favourite summer activities?
Swimming, scheming, walking around without a shirt on.
How would your friends describe you in three words?
Kill lies all.
