Contributions to AnOthermag.com

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to AnOthermag.com, you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Anothermag.com the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivitative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and / or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed.

You warrant that your contribution:

Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for the purposes specified aboveis not defamatorydoes not infringe any law

You agree to indemnify Anothermag.com against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by Anothermag.com as a result of your breach of the above warranty, and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on Anothermag.com and the purposes specified above.

Anthermag.com allows you to post content to its 'Loves' section, including photos, comments, links, and other materials. Anything that you post or otherwise make available on 'Loves' is referred to as "User Content." You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to 'Loves'.

How AnOther can use your content:
You grant Anothermag.com and its users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, re-pin, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content on Anothermag.com solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the Anothermag.com Products.

Nothing in these Terms shall restrict other legal rights AnOther may have to User Content, for example under other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or our policies.

We want people to be excited when their artwork, writing, products, etc., are on AnOther Loves. If something infringes on someone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights, we’ll take it down.

How to report something:
If you come across a Post on 'Loves' that seems to break these rules then contact us at socialmedia@anothermag.com

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
