This week sees a series of truly unique events. Tomihiro Kono makes his first London Fashion Week appearance, Dazed & Confused begins the first in its Meet the Designers series in New York, KM3D1, a pioneering 3D fashion film featuring Kate Moss, premieres at a public exhibition in London’s Haunch of Venison, and Japan meets the UK in a one-off nocturnal extravaganza at London’s GIFT at 10 Vyner Street with performance art, film, live music and artworks.
Wednesday September 15 – Meet the Designers, Apple Store, Upper West Side, New York
Jefferson Hack in conversation with menswear designer Adam Kimmel. The Apple Store in NY hosts the first in Dazed & Confused’s trilogy of Meet the Designers events, allowing the public to meet three of the world’s fashion greats.
Thursday September 16 – KM3D1, Haunch of Venison, London
Don’t miss this interactive installation by AnOther Magazine at the Haunch of Venison. The film, entitled KM3D1 and featuring Kate Moss as a mythological goddess in 3D, opens to the public at the renowned gallery for 48 hours only.

Hair and head prop artist Tomihiro Kono makes his debut appearance at London Fashion Week this Tuesday. After working with leading performance artist Theo Adams, and with features in many leading fashion magazines to his name, it seems his time has come to shine.
Friday September 17 – After Dark, GIFT at 10 Vyner Street, London
A fantastic line-up gathers at GIFT at 10 Vyner Street for After Dark. This cultural event celebrates links between Japan and the UK through a showcase of performance art, music, video work, illustration, sculpture and more, featuring Theo Adams, Joe Hood, Akiko (Big Pink), James Unsworth, Miyuki Kasahara, and London Butoh Asylum. With wine courtesy of Wolf Blass, it looks set to be a great evening.
