Everyday objects rendered (almost) unusable by Italian artist Giuseppe Colarusso.

It's Monday once again and, after a slightly gloomy weekend, we bring you some start of the week warmth with these amusing, confusing and aesthetically pleasing everyday objects rendered (almost) unusable by Italian artist Giuseppe Colarusso. Taken from a series entitled Improbabilità ("improbability"), Colarusso's website presents the images alongside the tagline "unlikely... but not impossible," capturing the spirit of fun behind their creation. Indeed, from the ping pong bat with a larger-than-ball sized hole in its centre to the spotless dice and the square edged rolling pin, the objects almost dare you to defy the odds and master their function.

Happy Monday! #anotherhappymonday
