The beautiful new look book reveals Rocha’s first ever mens- and childrenswear pieces

Last month’s announcement of a Simone Rocha x H&M collection sent the internet into something of a frenzy. Arriving on March 11, the highly anticipated release will offer fans of Rocha’s romantic designs the opportunity to own a piece of her world at a much more affordable price point – and will see the Irish designer join the likes of Rei Kawakubo, Donatella Versace, and Martin Margiela as the retailer’s latest designer collaborator.

Today, a new look book styled by Robbie Spencer reveals what to expect ahead of the collection’s arrival, detailing a decadent “full wardrobe, for the family,” which spans Rocha’s signature, hyper-feminine silhouettes, as well as an equally elegant mens- and childrenswear debut.

Brimming with soft tulles, tartans and florals; broderie anglaise detailing, full puff sleeves and shimmering tweeds, the womenswear pieces on offer possess all the beauty and glamour of Rocha’s main collections. Elsewhere, classic tailoring and traditional aran knits are accented with pearl embellishments for men, and full size silhouettes are shrunk down into cutesy miniatures for children.

“I hope that the items in this collection will be worn and treasured for years to come,” said Rocha in a statement today. “They were all informed by ideas and inspirations that have shaped me and my brand over the last ten years, and I am so excited to see them worn out-and-about and interpreted and styled in new ways.”

Simone Rocha x H&M is available to shop from 11 March 2021
