Model of the moment Tali Lennox – daughter of multi-platinum musician Annie and star of AnOther's JEAN D.I.Y Project in collaboration with Rag & Bone – has walked for everyone from Christopher Kane in London; Prada, Miu Miu and Missoni in Milan; and Chanel in Paris. She has also fronted campaigns for Burberry, Topshop and Acne. Whilst enjoying a good rummage in her mother’s rock star wardrobe, daily surrounded by the latest season’s must-haves it is unsurprising that Lennox has chosen a Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti A/W11 blue shearling coat for her Favourite Thing. Here we to talk to Lennox about her choice of coat, what she teams it with and where she wears it to.
What makes this Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti A/W11 blue shearling coat so desirable?
It stands out without being garish or tacky, and makes every outfit unique and full of character and confidence. It warms you up in cold London weather but is so light to wear, with an amazing lilac lace lining.
When and where did you get it?
I shot the look book for Philosophy di Alberta Ferritti and they kindly said I could choose a few pieces. This is the piece I was most drawn to. I’ve worn it everyday since they gave it to me.
What do you wear it with and where to?
I wear it everywhere. I like to wear it with 60s vintage pieces, like a baby blue or pink mini shift dress with a silk scarf and silver metallic flats, and it goes very well with my new white leather Miu Miu tote bag, or a beautiful light pink eel skin hand bag I just got at Alfies antique market. The shade of blue of the coat works beautifully when combined with other pastel colours.
