An exclusive look at David Sims' S/S14 film for Jil Sander
Jil Sander was always a fan of monchrome tones, knowing that a restrained colour palette would allow focus to remain on cut and silhouette. It was interesting to see Jil's use of colour in the mid point of a collection which would become her last at her namesake brand. It is those abstract flashes of colour which become the inspiration behind the house's campaign, shot by David Sims.
In Sims' exclusive motion short, premiered exclusively on AnOthermag.com, an adrodgynous Edie Campbell stars for the second season in a row alongside newcomer Ben Waters. Styled by Joe McKenna, Campbell wears a a patterned blazer with a matching pair of shorts and a metallic tote bag.
