Next Friday, the founder of Off-White and creative director of Louis Vuitton menswear will perform a “very special two-hour DJ set” in Brixton
London’s nightlife scene is alive once again. Following the lift of Covid-19 restrictions, people have returned to the sweaty dancefloors and packed venues of pre-pandemic times, enjoying the all but forgotten freedoms of these once forbidden spaces.
Joining this newly resuscitated scene next week is the founder of Off-White and creative director of Louis Vuitton menswear, Virgil Abloh, who will perform a “very special two-hour DJ set” at the Electric Brixton on Friday 17 September. The event will take place as the city hosts its first physical London Fashion Week in almost two years.
Brought to life in collaboration with Bone Soda, the night will see special appearances from the likes of Carista, Skinny Macho, Tommy Gold and Cash Tracy.
Abloh is a lifelong music fan, who first began DJing at house parties when he was a teenager. In the years since, he has performed in venues around the world, from Ibiza to Berlin, and recently launched a monthly radio show on Worldwide FM featuring DJ sets and interviews, and hosting guests such as BadBadNotGood and Benji B.
Bone Soda presents Virgil Abloh and Friends at the Electric Brixton, London, on Friday September 17. Buy your tickets here.
